@TannerSwett: Oh yeah it was meaning "seek advice from". English is not my first language so I sometimes just translate things by looking at the dictionary without distinguishing the context. Could you recommend some more decent word? I also wonder whether the title makes sense when I substitute the word from 'counsel' to 'consult'.
