I may be in the position soon of going to do a postdoc at Oxforda highly prestigious University. I am currently at a good university in the UK doing my first postdoc. I have applied for a Lecturer position at this university, but there maybe the option to do a second postdoc at Oxfordmore prestigious university. I am unsure how having Oxforda post doc at a prestigious university on my CV would improve my employability, applications for funding etc.
