I have a problem regarding my situation in university and Phd. I am an online Phd in New Zealand started 3 months ago. Since they do not issue visa I should study online and paid one year tuition. For the next year if I cannot enter new New Zealand I should pay tuition again. Now I got admission on europe with funding. Can I study two PhDs at the same time since I did not want to miss my chance in this pandemic?

P.S. I have ability to do both and one of them I already did the thesis structure. We have no classes during PhD.
