Graduate students who come to office hours to get walked through every step will quickly lose help. There's a balance between trying to unnecessary stubbornness and unnecessary helplessness that students must walk to be successful :-) | |

Consider the parallel in the workplace: a senior member of a development team might forget some parameters to a function call and ask someone else. Even Jon Skeet has asked 48 questions on Stack Overflow! | |
