Oct 9, 2023 at 16:08 comment added EarlGrey additionally: anyone having dealt with HR or finance department will understand that "all things being equal", unless you give a positive edge to the people with some disability, the "pragmatic, rational actuarian book-keeper knowing risk analysis" will discard the profile because of the lingering risk of unproductive time (again, safety margin theory applied to the human body).
