I consider the reactions as a warning, and I will fight and discuss it more cautiously as before. I think this is not something that can be battled easily because the majority of the system supports this Cronyism, and does not even consider it unethical. They will view people who do consider this unethical with hostility and care to protect themselves, which will make it hard to get tenure if you are outspoken about this to early. | |
