And - remember that answering a "do you want to work some more" email and a "do you want to be listed as a coauthor" email is not the same thing... she might answer the second but not the first. | |

That said, unless they have somehow provided exemplary extensive contributions in this "workshop" I have a hard time imagining that it's not possible to simply go ahead without them and simply acknowledge their contributions. | |
