I am investment manager of the Oracle Fund. I have previously been Equity Strategist at Morgan Stanley and economist at the Bank of Canada. I obtained an MA and PhD in economics from Penn, and a BA (econ) from UBC. In my youth I was ranked #1 nationally in mathematics.
