Get adobe acrobat, edit your transcript yourself. Fix the mistakes that they refuse to fix. Print it out, take it to your school administration office, have them verify with their copy on file to make sure and have them embed the school insignia on it for verification.
I did this because similar to your situation, I had an inept school faculty member with the IQ of obsidian that didnt know how to even access a pdf file. As long as you do no alter the grades/gpa, there should be no issues for them to stamp their insignia on a fixed transcript due to typo errors.
Print as many physical copies you need that you need stamped. You can always scan and upload a stamped transcript for a personal copy so you dont have to deal with this nonsense down the road.
The reason I say Adobe Acrobat is because it will keep the format/font of the transcript when it loads as well as the spacing. Doing it on Word or any other simple processors will be more noticeable.
