I have a problem regarding my situation in university and phd. I am an online phd in NewZealand started 3 months ago. Since they do not issue visa I should study online and paid one year tuition. From the next year if I cannot enter new zealnand I should pay twice tuition. Now I got admission on europe with funding. Can I study two phd meanwhile since I did not want to miss my chance in this pandemic?

P.S. I have ability to do both.
