In the process of studying scientific literature (books, journal articles, patents, etc.), a scientist determines the range of issues and phenomena being studied, the degree of their resolution, existing contradictions, and chooses for themself the topic or problem that they want to study.
Are there any methodologies and tools that allow to isolate groups of the least resolved issues (statistical analysis of keywords and published results), as well as visualize them (mind maps, diagrams, etc.).
I am interested in this, as it can help the researcher always "keep abreast" and facilitate their work.
