I'm looking for a (specific) journal paper originating from (authored in, published in) China. The abstract is available on some aggregators (ResearchGate, Semantic Scholar), but author contact information isn't listed. I'm assuming the paper is written in English, but this may not be the case.
The paper itself is behind the paywall of
Wanfang Data, an affiliate of the Chinese Ministry of Science & Technology
' which
provides access to a wide range of database resources, serving as a gateway to Chinese culture, medicine, business, science, engineering, etc.'.
I'm unable to judge the legitimacy of this organisation.
Is there another aggregator, open library or Sci-hub equivalent where Chinese research can be accessed? As an analogy, an answer to this recent question, contained similar information about accessing Russian research through an open library.
I'm a little surprised by not even finding the authors' contact details by which I may directly contact them. Any related information, including pertinent cultural inputs would also help.
EDIT: I'm not seeking advice on the general methods to find papers that aren't immediately available. Information specifically about aggregators/libraries is sought, in the hope that academics familiar with research in China are aware of such resources. If its important, I have contacted libraries around for interlibrary loans, and received generally pessimistic responses.
