If faculty get good or bad scores out of teaching feedback questionaires filled by students, what will happen to the faculty? Most people get average scores so nothing happens. Will those who get very high scores get better chances of pay rise or promotion? Will those who get very low scores be deprived of chances of pay rise? Will students' final grades be viewed for reference together to assess faculty's teaching?

Most universities don’t put too much stock in those surveys, as students often write them when full of beer or just after receiving a poor grade etc etc – Solar Mike Jan 21 at 5:19
