In the Chicago Manual of Style author-date system, if I give the title of a work explicitly in the text, does the year come after the author or after the title?

In John Doe's (2010) I Love my Bibliography, he tells us that ...

or

In John Doe's I Love my Bibliography (2010), he tells us that ...

Or in such a construction:

John Doe's book (2010) I Love my Bibliography was published right after the ...

or

John Doe's book I Love my Bibliography (2010) was published right after the ...

And does it make a difference if a postnote is present?

In John Doe's (2010, 45) I Love my Bibliography, he writes "blablabla" ...

or

In John Doe's I Love my Bibliography (2010, 45), he writes "blablabla" ...
