I am a co-author of a research which was submitted by our main author to Taylor and Francis (ScholarOne). About a month after submitting to the journal of choice, the manuscript was rejected with a transfer offer. Via ScholarOne, the manuscript was then transferred to another journal under the same publisher, where it had the status "Awaiting Admin Processing" for a few days before it changed to "Draft." I also noticed that the 'date submitted' is now blank, but the 'date created' information remained.

What does it mean when the status changes to "Draft"?

Could possibly mean that it's finished processing the transfer and is now awaiting you to finalize the submission for the new journal? In other words, maybe it's now a draft of a submission, and you need to review the information and submit. – ssjjaca Jan 4 at 8:16
