They sound not very interested in their job, but as a university employee in Germany, it's probably not easy to have them change their ways, or getting them dismissed. I wouldn't be surprised if it's known among faculty (we had an unpopular lecturer who had sued himself into essential tenure). I'd avoid them if possible, and probably let it go. | |
