Apr 28 at 9:26 comment added toby544 @Andrew If that is what the advisor meant, this is one of the worst things said by an advisor that I have ever read on this site.
Apr 27 at 20:49 comment added Andrew @toby544 From google, "The biopsychosocial model is a general model that suggests that biological, psychological, and social factors all play a significant role in health and disease." In context, I believe what the advisor is implying is that the disease is all in the OP's head, at least symptoms bad enough that delay work.
Apr 27 at 16:16 comment added toby544 "yes, but you know how the biopsychosocial model works..." What did the person mean by this? Could you explain?

Apr 25 at 9:09 comment added coffee_into_plots Could you add a region tag? This sounds like a situation where you might benefit from additional resources at your university, the names and framework of which vary a lot across countries.
